Incumbent Vico Sotto defended the mayoralty against Vice Mayor Iyo Bernardo, winning a second term by way of a margin of 76.08%.

Vice Mayor

Incumbent Iyo Bernardo is term-limited and chose to run make it to mayor. He nominated Christian "Ian" Sia as his vice mayoralty candidate, who lost to foregoing congressman Dodot Jaworski.
