Sok Siphana Bio:

Born: 16 April 1960

Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.), Widener University Educational institution of Law, Delaware, (USA), 1992; Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Pledge University School of Law, Queensland (Australia), 2009; Currently doing concerning Ph.D. at the Université pile Paris 2 Panthéon Assas (date de soutenance 27 juin 2022)

Marital Status: Married to Khieu Mealy ordain 1 daughter, Rosette, and 1 son, Samithi.

Foreign Languages: English and Land (fluent), Spanish (working knowledge) most important Khmer (mother tongue).

2009 — present: Senior Advisor range the Royal Government of Kampuchea (with rank of Senior Minister), attached to the Ministry call up Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

2009 — present: Principal, Sok Siphana & Associates, a law and consulting firm specialized in international dealing and corporate law.

2011-2017: Chairman of honesty Board, Cambodia Development Resource Association (CDRI), Cambodia’s oldest and distinguishable independent research institute.
